We believe passionately in the rights -- and power -- of individuals to live the life they choose. We also know that life is better lived in community where we feel supported by others who share our goals and dreams.
Haven Idaho exists to create these communities.
We aim to create places where people thrive. And, we do it by creating new urban homes, preparing undeveloped land for new residents, and creating new construction "community in the country" living.
Urban Homes
We create new homes by re-imagining urban land for today's housing needs. Whether for-sale or for-rent, we build amazing spaces focused on people - superior homes priced below median market rates.
Raw Land
We transform raw land to support new residential use. We commit to responsible development, pouring energy and expertise into understanding and solving the unique challenges for each area we work in.
Community in the Country
We create forever homes by designing and constructing new communities of 1-2acre single family homes outside of town. We ask first what living in the community will feel like, then design forever homes to deliver it.
We Are Haven
Why is often more interesting than What. We could talk for hours about zoning, aquifer transmissivity, traffic quality of service, walkability, bonus density, or any of the technical details of land use planning and development. BUT, what we're most passionate about is causing responsible progress to happen. We ask, "How could things be better than they already are?" and then we make that positive change happen.
